The leadership. The only reason this company has not already folded is because of the people who do the day to day work. The leadership team regularly expects you to do the work of multiple people while they themselves work half days at most.
The compensation. While you are doing multiple jobs (because they refuse to hire enough people and they burn out the people they do have) you'll be underpaid by quite a bit. There are no benefits to speak of.
The work-life balance. Even if you are stationed half a world away, you will still be expected to work Los Angeles hours.
The structure. There isn't any. Everything is held together with duct tape. Virtually every client ends up breaking up with the agency because of the sheer chaos that they bring to the table.
Overall, unless you are desperate, this is not an agency you want to work for. You will develop bad habits as a designer while working long hours in a poor work environment for little pay. It's not worth it.
