      Very good management. Interesting products. Learn a lot. Ability to have a real impact on end products. Work from anywhere. Work with smart people from all over the world with different skills.

      Cons

      This isn't really a con, but you must be able to manage your time and be self-driven. That is the only way to successfully work remotely.
