Pros

Staff turnover is high, you won’t be a newby for long. New staff are increasingly younger and inexperienced. Most don’t hang around long anyway so you can save time and effort by not bothering to get to know them. Time you will need to deal with your insane workload.

Cons

Staff turnover is high. What does that tell you? The software and procedures they use will infuriate you. They micromanage your time, interfere with your productivity, and clutter your day up with stupid KPI requirements. The workload will overwhelm you and make you ill. Even if you are confident you can deal with stress you will soon find your limit and risk your health. Stress is a dirty word that cannot be mentioned. You won’t get enough help. Admit to stress, or take too much time off and you will be penalised, made to feel inadequate and unworthy. Many people have succumbed and left, often with damaged and even broken relationships in their private life – because of Createmaster. Help is promised if you’re up against it but good luck getting what you need. Unless you’re a favourite of the management. Even then its not enough and you will eventually be told that you have to do it yourself. You will be expected to work long hours and weekends to get the job done. You won’t get any thanks for this. The MD says his door is always open to hear any concerns, but doesn’t listen. He knows what is going on but doesn’t want to hear or see it. Only cares when he gets moaned at directly from a client. The Operations Department do the work that earns the money. Everyone is under the cosh. You are promised the company will support you if you want to train and develop your skills but once you make a case for something you are interested in, you suddenly find a wall of reasons put in place why you can’t do it. Limited chances for promotion. Few perks given, very basic pension provision. Company bonus scheme benefits the long term staff more than juniors but it doesn’t stop them leaving.

Nice friendly team - young vibe.

Cons

Small Office, some of the language used by the some young colleagues were unprofessional. Not many benefits.
