Pros

The culture at Creatine is unlike any company I've worked for. They have a young, vibrant energy around the office and treat you like family. They have a more relaxed, Google-esque environment, which helps foster creativity and productivity. I feel that Creatine offers great opportunities to gain experience and grow with the company. The internship program includes free training and the company retains a good number of interns afterward. I began as an intern and now manage a small team of my own, so there is definitely upward mobility. I think my outlook looks very positive with Creatine, but my experience here has made me a stronger candidate for other future career opportunities as well.

Cons

The average wage for my position at entry level is a little more than I make; but given the entirety of my experience here, I feel my time has definitely been worthwhile.

Pros

I am in Sales, Sales can be the best or the worst job in the entire world. If you stay in school, get a Degree, Go to work for a big company, you get all the benifits, plans, etc. For many that is what you should do. Others, start your own company or work for a start up or to. You need to have thick skin...

Cons

start ups can drive you nuts if you let them. they tend to fly by the seat of their pants. (start ups in general) it can be frustrating because things take a long time to get done in some cases, sometimes its just a matter of money, sometimes its because everyone is running in different directions

Pros

The internship allows for interns to be proactive and get involved in many tasks and projects. As an intern, you are given many opportunities to demonstrate your unique skill sets and prove yourself to be a valuable team player, regardless of your specialty. Creatine Marketing does offer online training for internet marketing in conjunction with Market Motive for the interns.

Cons

Many of the owners seem to work on other Multi-Level Marketing responsibilities and tasks unrelated to Creatine Marketing during office hours. The owners have fraudulent histories with their previous company so it made me feel uneasy suspicious of Creatine Marketing during my internship. There was a lack of feedback with my assignments so it made my work feel undervalued at times when I would complete big projects without it being acknowledged for weeks. I worked a lot on writing status updates, blog articles, and tweets on behalf of the owners' individual profiles rather than performing work on behalf of clients, showing that the owners are more concerned about performing reputation management on their own behalf to erase their pasts on search engines, rather than delivering a high level of service to clients.
