probably the pay is not so great, but as for experience it worst it

No seniority here, it's all performance based! Being given the opportunity to go on fun business trips within the first few months of working.Being coached by your peers and doing daily presentations to practice public speaking to make a great impact on your team.Working together in a competitive atmosphere on a daily basis.

The pandemic has been the only down side I could think of, it's been a change of pace, but that won't stop this company from running and going on a new business trip, following the needed safety precautions of course.
