Pros
If project is there you can learn a lot, get to work on different technologies and framework. Teammates are supportive everyone (except management) helps each other out. Office location is good, office staff is very nice. They pay okay if you know how to negotiate
Cons
- don't work here if you want 'job security', if projects aren't coming in they will take some silly issue and use it as excuse to fire you. Sometimes on a few days notice (they say they will give 2 months salary) - No CEO, no leadership, founders say they are not 'saith' and act just like them. They don't know what happens day to day and think using things like slack automatically makes things transparent. - Many lies told to employees to 'motivate' and get more work out of them. - No bonuses, no overtime pay - Timings usually followed, sometimes weekends are on for some people (!) - HR is incompetent, will make stupid policies without taking employee input and wont communicate to anyone. - Very high turnover, poor reputation in market. No one wants to with them. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR OWN GOOD
