-Directors valued profits over children's safety when it came to COVID and sickness in general-including allowing hand foot and mouth run rampant. -One of the directors would seem to find pleasure in humiliating you in front of parents and the kids who are in your care. She'd talk to you like you were one of the kids in the most patronizing way. -Some employees should NEVER even be around children but there was so much turnover, all complaints were disregarded. -Would shame you if you had to call out sick at all. -Lied about pay -Tried getting me to take on way more responsibility for no raise in pay.
