Pros

The leaders of this company are not only brilliant and among the best in their field, but they are also genuine and sincere people who truly do so much for the community and beyond. You will feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment and fulfillment working with this staff. It is a fast paced and friendly environment that is focused on integrity, hard work and doing the most for each client. I have never seen a company that cares so much about doing the highest quality work for its clientele. You can trust these people with your most important projects as they are real deal and will go above and beyond. You will also learn, grow and become more savvy then when you started working here. I highly recommend CDMG!

Cons

None I can think of.

Pros

-Opportunities to use and develop skills -The company does host holiday parties and tries to make employees feel appreciated on their birthdays, but there's room for improvement in the overall culture. -The AP + Receivable and office managers here are very friendly and are nice people here that try to make you as comfortable as possible -The president is generally affable but can have his moments.

Cons

-Highly conservative and religious environment. -Lack of diversity in the small team (could be contributed to talent pool, who knows). -Potential for discomfort or hostility if beliefs don't align (you might be baited & scrutinized, I was baited then screamed at for an opposing view though want to say I did eventually get an apology during my exit interview which I could appreciate). -Had to endure a microaggression although it may just be contributed to ignorance. (being called articulate as the only young Black woman in the workplace is not the compliment one thinks it is).
