Pros

I can’t think of any good reason to work in this company. Nothing is good here and everything feels messy and disorganized.

Cons

The organization has a very unhealthy work culture. There is a lot of office politics and gossip, which affects the overall work environment. It does not feel like a professional workplace, as there is very little focus on teamwork or positive communication. There is frequent employee turnover, with people resigning often, and many employees seem dissatisfied with their roles and compensation. In some cases, the reporting structure is not appropriate, as a 20-year-old with very limited knowledge is managing and leading a large team. This affects proper guidance, decision-making, and overall team support. The workplace environment feels strict and discouraging, where employees are not encouraged to build friendly or healthy professional relationships. Because of all these reasons, I do not feel this is a suitable place to work at.

Pros

You get to work on interesting campaigns with well-known brands, which is great for building a portfolio. There are many hardworking people in the team who actually make things happen. The founders are approachable and have made some changes based on employee feedback, such as adjusting office timings.

Cons

There is a clear culture where speaking well sometimes matters more than actually doing the work. Certain senior people are very visible in presentations but tend to disappear when the real work starts during critical pitches or campaign execution. When things go well, they are the first ones to step in and take credit for the work their teams have actually done. Office relationships also make things messy. When these above mentioned senior people are dating someone close to the founders’ office, it becomes very obvious that they get more visibility and get attached to the more exciting campaigns. The same names keep getting highlighted whenever something big or interesting comes in, even if the actual heavy lifting is done by others in the team. This kind of environment can be frustrating for people who consistently do the work but rarely get the same recognition.

Pros

Need to think bcoz no pros to mention

Cons

Poor management that sucks out the whole energy. Too many negative people across and higher management is just trying to pull down other hard working employees, founders are multiple with their own attitude and zero attention to management. Person who doesn’t have any knowledge has been given multiple power. Illogical and stupid ppl are taking interview with zero knowledge about required skills and knowledge. And if this is not less they make it more hard by making employees work for 9 hours like a slave. Mumbai office will clash down if no proper management comes up and also founders and so called upper management employees should Learn to Keep the ego aside. No personal comments but this are facts. Hiring ppl from other competitors makes you look fool and jokers and on top of that other favoured employees are taking advantages of leaves , wfh with zero attention from management. Hope founders will look into it and do something.
