Pros

It is a job in Miami.

Cons

The owner throws temper tantrums on employees and has no regard for himself or the people around him. He will call himself the CEO even though the company is really the inhouse for his main client and besty. He actually calls himself a marketing rock star, and likens himself to Vayner and other people even though you have never heard of him, his agency or any of the work he has done. The most embarrassing thing in the world for an AE is to go to a client meeting with this man. When he is with his main client, he is like a childish yes-man and does what the client says no matter how ridiculous. When he is with other clients he is brash and rude, obnoxious and he is completely unaware of himself. The way he presents himself in client meetings is absurd. He keeps clients waiting then bounces in shaking and talking at a million miles an hour. He wears clothes that don't fit him and he is always coming out of his office screaming. They will tell you that the company is innovative but its nonsense. Every week you are here someone else will be fired. They just outsourced the entire art dept to Mexico, mostly because no one in the USA can tolerate the owner. He will say things that anyone with any knowledge of marketing know is simply false and if you call him out on it you will be gone.

Pros

Get involved from your very first day and work your way to the position you love and to the job you aspire to do, with us you really can. In this company there is not one employee that does not play a key role in the success of what we do. We started from a very small team (less than 10 people) and we are now a team of more than 35 employees looking to move to our new offices. Witnessing the growth of this company has been amazing, at time stressful for the growing pains, but rewarding and really making you look forward to what's to come next. Every employee opinion is valued and we all help each other succeeding and improving. We often organize (at least every month) night out with the team, team building activities like kayaking, yoga, games night, bbq at key biscayne, halloween, etc).

Cons

Feedback from our CEO is at time energetic and can misinterpreted, taking it the right way will have a huge impact in the quality of the work you produce though and will really make you grow professionally. There is no successful company that does not have a passionate person leading it and ready to defend his ideas while welcoming an open conversation. NOT the typical 9 - 5 corporate work boring environment, you are on top of your own schedule as long as you deliver.
