      Pros

      Work/Life balance is good. You know exactly when you are going to start and when you are going to be done.

      Cons

      The money is horrible especially after taxes. If you have any sort of a college education you can do much better for yourself. Management is running this place into the ground. If you have to be out in the warehouse during the day you will do nothing but sweat.

      Pros

      The sales manager doesn't micro manage, you work at your own pace as long as you meet the requirements

      Cons

      Monthly bonus is always weeks late, there are no documents to prove what you got paid on and the bonus structure doesn't compensate for the amount of materials you bring in with sales. It is very quite for a call center; it's like working in a library which makes it easy to doze off at your desk.
