      No micromanaging staff. Good transperancy in facilities and policies. Have good client relations and good customer service. Have digital hrms portal of zinghr which makes life easier.

      Cons

      Onboarding process. Still after 2 months no welcome kit given. Onboarding for client location employee need to be improve.

      Very good organisation and helps us to improev ourseleves and grow professional. Peers and subordinates are nice to work on. Managers are very helpful in all aspects.

      They can provide good increment to keep the hard working employees towards organistion.
