Pros

This is an environment that lacks hand holding. Ask questions, read provided references, do so research, but no one will do your job for you. This is a great place for self motivated people. Everyday is a new technical / customer challenge, and it really makes you think on your feet. Fast growing, great client base, smart/funny people, challenging and pressure filled atmosphere. It is like a gym for techs. Get Stronger Everyday

Cons

Some growing pains. Communication is not the best, but is getting better. Roles and objectives not clearly defined (not a con per say if you can read between the lines and be a constructive and resourceful team member.)

Pros

Great hands-on experience for those just starting out in IT. You get a lot of exposure to different IT issues and environment that will set you up to work well in any IT organization. Culture in the company is overall pretty good, Most of the Team is really great to work with and have a good time while always being respectful to each other.

Cons

All the Level 1-3 support is outsourced to a 3rd party so there is nowhere to move up outside of the Field Tech team. There is a lack of communication between the Project Management, 3rd party support, and the field tech team which causes any errors on project to fall on the Field techs stuck on site, The company has been taking on more new projects that they can handle which causes constant out of state travel for the field techs with very little notice. It is very difficult to take days off or plan any appointments. There is a general lack of regard for the personal lives of the field techs. The priority seems to be always the client first over their own employees.
