Pros
Great people! Being a part of a smaller privately owned company with direct access to the President & CEO is invaluable. It creates opportunities to move up within your own division or learn something new across the different lines of business. Young leaders with synergies & the work ethic to grow the company together is my favorite part of this place. Not to mention, working with the best advisors in the industry! As a female, I've been given every opportunity to move up and lead the same as my male counterparts. We are truly lucky to work for such an amazing company.
Cons
The con I most often hear is that there is not opportunity to move up because we are a small company. I don't necessarily agree with this.
