Pros
Wonderful place to work. Friendly environment, coworkers encourage you daily and are eager to answer any questions, very kind bosses who have paid for some of my car expenses. Someone is almost always willing to help you out, and hours are flexible (depending on your department).
Cons
Pay is not good. Expect to earn minimum wage. Had an intern come in and immediately start out at $10.50 while I've been working here for a few years and barely making over that ($12 after my raise and after working through Covid as the only one in my department). Not to mention my education, additional work I've done outside of my responsibilities, and working full-time through Covid while my manager chose to go on unemployment and earn $200 more per week on that alone. Pay is the only con. No qualms with managers or coworkers or hours.
