Pros
You can come at 10:30 am and go for tea break for 1 hour. At 11:30 am scrum meeting for around half-hour (Maximum duration of scrum meeting is 15 min) and they say we are following scrum. At 12:00 pm you can go for lunch. It's around 1 hour. Return from lunch at 1:00 pm and go out side for walking. Return office at 2:00 pm and start working. At 4:00 pm you can have tea and coffee break. Return 5:00 pm and start working. You have meeting at 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Now at 6:00 pm you can start your work peacefully. You can have unlimited internet access so you can watch movie and YouTube specially for last row in office. Some people are doing this now. There should be camera in last row. If you have good relationship with Project manager and high authority person than you can have good increment.
Cons
If you work really hard some times you have less increment. Keep good relationship with project manager if you want good increment. Some project managers don't have experience in programming. Resources management should be improved. We don't want to celebrations for events it interrupt the development process. Please take action for now I noisy office environment. We need 6 month salary increment. Currently have 1 year. Work pressure is major factor for development high quality software. Always change is not good. We want to knowledge not politics. HR rules change weekly. Please please at least give notice period before firing employee they are human not machine they have family sincerely we don't want politics. There are around 30 employee fired within a week. So you can't have guarantee to stay here. You don't need knowledge here you need speech to convince your TL and PM for pending task.
