Great starting positioning and friendly work environment!

The pay and PTO were ok, it could have been better, but it was manageable.

I left my past position of almost 20 years to embark on a new journey at Credential Check. I had heard very positive things about the organization and of some great success stories, but in my world, actions speak louder than words. The day I joined this team I immediately felt and saw those positive things. They make new employees feel so welcome and part of the company right away. I had high expectations of creating a much better work/life balance for my family and thus far those expectiatons have been met and then some. There is flexibility and you have a voice. It is definitely a 2nd family here as well and employees truly want to be here. It is not a stuffy/robotic environment, it is professional, creative and fun! There is alway some event to be a part of or attend. Great benefits and 401k offered as well! I look forward to waking up each morning and going to work. You must be able to add value and work hard. If you do these things, your own personal/professional growth opportunities appear to be endless at Credential Check.

There is no downside to this company. My family and I are very happy!!!
