The founders actively support technology and data science, and have been willing to internalize our team norms and practices around agile development and build-measure-learn-deploy. Week to week bonuses like paid lunches for the engineering team keep a smile on people's faces. Vesting plans for engineers are very rare in the Mexican market, and it reflects well on the founders and the board that are putting them in place.

We could have been faster to adopt a data-driven decision making culture but are improving rapidly here. Honorarios payment plans are hard for some engineers to swallow. Engineers with keen front-end / client-facing interests may become frustrated with the current backend emphasis.

Top people and quality of people only increasing. Highly ambitious company moving and changing fast to reach the top of a very promising sector. Company invests in you and rewards you if you are committed and work hard. The people are actually really nice too despite being very demanding. Company has been investing in and building out its HR, which is already making a huge difference to some basics.

Hours are long and you have to be at the top of your game every day. Top people are demanding — if you want to work hard and be challenged (and achieve something) then it's great. If work is not your priority, I'd advise picking a less ambitious company
