Pros
As with any customer service job there are happy customers and not so happy rude customers. This company truly cares about helping their customers. They also care about their employees a lot. There are incentives that are cash or prizes. They are constantly feeding us with meals or snacks. Their are drawings for prizes monthly. They do fun things like hat day, pajama day, popcorn day, spaghetti day, etc. They expect you to do a good job like any successful company. But one of their top goals is to have the customers happy. They do not judge you on how long you are on the phone with one customer. They want the customer happy and taken care of in that one phone call. Sure, they have expected stats.
Cons
The pay could be a little better. The medical and dental insurance premiums are a little expensive. People can’t go without insurance so if medical and dental insurance could be offered on day one that would be great! A lot of companies are offering that now.
