Great team of positive individuals and a fun culture to be part of.
Remuneration is good. Certainly a great place to learn the business because of it's still small enough to have a dynamic feel. Convenient workplace location downtown.
Cons
Not a lot of perks, though that's also not really expected in Baltimore. There are stressful moments, and your career/learning can plateau quickly.
