      Mostly friendly people as line leads Good compensation, pension, health benefits and bonus at the end of year Decent money

      Cons

      Can get better money in other factories Culture is changing and does seem to be getting less friendly Better workers don’t get any more appreciation then poor workers

      Pros

      There's no good words of this company. All they do it's they bribe the assemblers with raffles, good attendance, etc. from worked too much OT every weekend. Nothing is resolved cause they can't do there jobs.

      Cons

      Poor managements, unorganized, lack of communication, poor training, and NO LIFE because too much OT every weekend. (Especially on Sunday.)
