Pros

Good pay, benefits, and remote work.

Cons

-the AI product itself isn't an easy sell. Their chatbots don't do anything you can't get from other solutions. In fact, they're not very advanced at all. -good luck finding the most up to date pitch deck. They change it every week as they struggle to tell their story. -they have very few clients using their tech and have been reusing the same few case studies for over a year. They have 2 clients who are willing to be references. This makes it hard to sell. -way too many AEs for the few leads they have. -Ruined a great culture and working environment after they acquired PartnerHero, turned it into a sleazy AI company.

Pros

Working at Crescendo has both good and challenging sides. What I like is the opportunity to work from home or in a hybrid setup, plus the chance to gain experience handling international clients and improving customer service skills. The team can also be supportive depending on the account and management. However, the work can be fast-paced and stressful at times because of shifting schedules, performance metrics, and workload. Salary and career growth may also depend on the account and available opportunities within the company. Overall, the experience really depends on the team and environment you’ll be assigned to.

None so far. Everything is good.
