Pros
Cheap beer on Fridays. Used to be a lot of fun and didn't seem like work.
Cons
Long hours (working 50+ w/o overtime) Middle management is a joke and don't care about anything other than their yearly bonus. Politics with every salesman and middle management to make names for themselves and very cut throat. Instead of taking responsibility for things the blame gets pushed around to whoever is lowest on totem pole. Lowest paying distributor in AZ. Benefits are ok, health insurance is extremely expensive And they never settle claims for anything.
