- Awful work/life balance - Too many clients and not enough resources to finish work - No overtime, and an expectation to do itVery high outgoing staff, very slow incoming with poor strategy of splitting teams across locations - Few incentives to stay after qualifying - Non-responsive management when it comes to staff welfare and complaints - Lack of awareness of events in different jurisdictions and teams, with very heavy representation from a central office in the leadership team, and very little from the other locations - Slow to implement new technology / react to changing conditions - response to the COVID pandemic was incredibly poor
