Progressively became more and more top heavy with administrators in district office and in each individual building, but little evidence of any administrator seen in the actual buildings. Administrators sit in their offices and do not interact with staff or students. They have no clue what is going on in classrooms, but like to hand down directives and give no direction on how to implement those directives.
