Disorganization and lack of proactive corrections leading to near-constant crises and crunch. Hourly scheduled employees asked to work outside of hours to fill gaps or catch up. Compensation packages are screwy, as 12 hour shifts get premiums, causing base pay to be lower but overall pay to be higher than higher-ranked job titles on 8 hour shifts.
