Pros

At Crezco, you’re immersed in an environment where everyone works toward a shared goal: making payments easy. This sense of alignment is motivating, as there are no competing agendas, just a collective focus on delivering the best solutions for partners and customers. Great opportunity for growth and to take ownership of your work. There's a strong culture of trust, which means you’re given the freedom to experiment, explore different approaches, and develop your own problem-solving style. Flexibility is another strength. I typically aimed to be in the office twice a week, but the specific days varied depending on my schedule. This wasn’t an issue; I was trusted to manage my time responsibly. When I joined, I knew very little about payments, but the team was always welcoming and willing to help. No question felt like a burden, and the willingness of colleagues to share their knowledge made the onboarding experience smooth and encouraging.

Cons

Because the team is still relatively small, the office is also small. You won't find the amenities or office perks that larger companies typically offer.

Pros

Strong ownership and autonomy – You’re trusted to drive initiatives from day one, with meaningful responsibility and the chance to make an outsized impact. • Genuinely talented team – The bar is high across engineering, design, and product. You’ll learn a lot from smart, ambitious colleagues. • Fast-paced and mission-driven – Clear focus on solving real pain points for SMEs in payments and financial workflows. It feels like you’re building something useful.

Cons

Growing pains – As with any startup, processes aren’t always polished. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity and pitching in beyond your job title.
