Great Company - Investigations Crimcheck Employee Review

I've given my heart and soul to this organization over the past few years. I have come to truly love the team members, the vision of the company, and the way we operate. I'm thankful for the ways in which I've grown and the various team members that have supported me. I love the culture and how we take care of one another. Because of the leadership team, there are no obstacles too big or too small that we cannot come together to solve. I wear our Crimcheck swag literally weekly, and appreciate all the little things such as prizes, bonuses, and activities that we have. I'm blessed to work here.

We are currently all remote. Since the pandemic, it hasn't been as easy to see the team members in person. So, I hope there will be more opportunities in future for in-person activities like dinners, bowling, golf, and outings that we've had in the past.

I actually really enjoy going to work. The people aren't just co-workers there at the company, but also friends. I have a challenging role, but we work together and help one another. The company cares about their clients and also employees. We have various fun activities along with monthly drawings for customer appreciation. There is great upside and opportunity.

We've been growing for several years in a row, and along with that, there are growing pains. For the most part, the management does a good job in hearing the input and suggestions of each employee. I've been getting steady pay increases, but would love to make more money.
