Higher management have no idea what they are doing. You’re only treated like a member of the criniti’s family when you agree to everything the owners say or are a favourite. They only care about money and numbers not about the food or the staff. Will happily fire and demote for family members and they don’t appreciate the work you put in to the role. Not enough cutlery, glasses, plates etc for each restaurant. So many serious customer complaints, bad food, bad training, bad service, undervalued employees; practically impossible that the business is still afloat.
