The flexibility is good but that where is stops.
Cons
Lack of onboarding and support made it very difficult to succeed in the role. Expectations were unrealistic from the beginning, with employees expected to meet demanding targets without proper training or guidance. Management often appeared disorganised and disconnected from the day-to-day realities of the work, while still being highly critical of staff performance. The workplace culture also felt very cliquey and unwelcoming, with poor communication and a cold atmosphere across teams. Rather than encouraging collaboration and growth, the environment often came across as judgemental and unsupportive.
