Pros
The team culture is amazing, the people you’ll work with are awesome and talented people, the actual work being is done is fulfilling, and there’s SO much potential at this company. It can be a very fun work environment. You get a lot of creative freedom and feel empowered by your ability to manage your calendar quite a bit and “be your own boss” in the sense of leading your relationship with your clients.
Cons
The leadership is extremely toxic - the pressure trickles down from leadership to make crazy amounts of revenue so the CEO can irresponsibly spend $$ all while employees are HIGHLY overworked, underpaid, gaslit, and not appreciated as they should be. This is one of those companies where they forget that they should respect, value, and pay well those employees who are front-facing, working with the clients. If you don’t treat your client-facing folks right, don’t pay them what they deserve, overwork them, and allow them to miss proper meals, not get adequate sleep, etc., then you will see in the long-run how that negatively impacts your bottom line and client churn. However, Crisp instead gaslights it’s employees and blames them, making them feel that they are not good enough, never work enough, and will never be enough (not that the company is not treating their employees as they should). Long story short, the potential is there for this to be an incredible place to work, but until the CEO and leadership changes their mindset and the pressure that they push down upon other leaders in the organization, it will probably always be a toxic work environment for the employees. If you want any work-life balance, this is probably not the place for you.
