The agency has gone through some changes, but leadership has stayed transparent, showing they’re focused on building something sustainable for the future.

Leadership tried to act like Crispin was one big family when in fact it was one small club. I was disappointed in the lack of growth afforded or formal reviews, along with consistent “pauses” on promotions. After this last round of layoffs it is clear that there is a void in communication leaving its employees with a real lack of trust and passion for the company they work for.
