I have no cons to report.

The environment is second to none. The claims are challenging, but the team support is top notch. You truly feel like a part of a team here and that is very refreshing. Management is the best. Decisions are made with the input of the entire staff, so we all really have ownership and that isn't the norm.

The claim system we use (legacy system we brought with us) needs some work, but management is getting it addressed.
