      - engine is hard to approach. - there's not a long term plan about engine training. - some minor organization issue.

      Very friendly and welcoming team, supportive environment, and the opportunity to work with experienced developers on large-scale AAA projects

      As with many large studios, some processes can take time and involve multiple approvals

      Pros

      Part of a huge multi studio team working on a world renowned franchise now. Great people, and interesting work.

      Cons

      Looking return to office policy. This could be an issue for anyone settled WFH or wanting hybrid security. EA having a little too much say in the running of the companies it owns. Potential buy out leaves a lot of uncertainty in the air too.
