Pros

Training in the 1st month is hit and miss but overall a good overview

Cons

Zero flexibility, call centre monitoring of every move, including toilet breaks, Most unfamily friendly employer, specifically make a point of no leave/absence other than contractual/statutory holiday, if you’d need any else you’d be targeted to go. It’s a machine, all about money, fine if can be model employee, but if need something back then you’re nothing, so don’t start if you have family or health issues, it won’t be for you, if you get through selection.

Pros

great opportunities for growth and to earn extra commission even with not being in a sales role Malia is also extremely supportive and goes the extra mile for the team ;) overall the team atmosphere is great, even when the work does get stressful!

Cons

Workload can be a lot and can be difficult to manage whilst maintaining quality
