Cross insurance has a great culture environment. Everyone feels like family. The trainer does a really great job passing down carrier updates and makes sure we all know what’s going on. The manager is very understanding and seems to judge fairly. Company has a great work life balance offering work from home days.

Bonuses are paid out quarterly, it would be much better if they were monthly.
