Culture, teamwork, everyone jumps in to help each other, great company where everyone collaborates and wants to win.

There are none. Any challenges are resolved and it’s great.

Pros

Recruiter and team were very kind/professional/quick to work with you and to get you good contracts.

Cons

They are a little bit on the smaller side of travel nurse agencies so they may not get tip top dollar but they were still competitive.

Leaving this place has been the only thing good that’s come from it

Cons

They have no leadership experience at the CEO level and it shows. The org has no structure, and is failing as it operates.
