      Pros

      The structure of switching between students every 30 minutes is great for preventing burnout. Lots of training before you work hands on with the kids.

      Cons

      Workplace bullying is common here and if you choose to speak up you will be gaslit or victim blamed. The focus is very much on results no matter how ethical or true those results are.
