9yCrossroads would like to express that it has a difference of opinion in this circumstance but is open to former employee feedback in order to better the employee experience at Crossroads. Crossroads ensures that each employee is treated fairly and without prejudice. Our Employee Guidelines follow the Employee Handbook to ensure fairness for all staff without prejudice or special treatment. This also requires that employees understand what is expected in their job duties and requirements. The Handbook and policies are in place and are applied to all employees to ensure fairness and an understanding of expectations.
Crossroads must also comply with strict security guidelines with various governing regulatory standards including HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, ISO, Sarbanes Oxley, PCI DSS, SSAE16, and others. These regulatory requirements place a great burden of accountability on our company to ensure that our Clients are secure and data protected from abuse or breach.
