Crossway is a great place to work. The company culture is positive and relational, and many coworkers have friendships that extend beyond work hours. The work-life balance is very good. Crossway provides a decent benefits package and obviously cares about its employees. The compensation package tends to actually be pretty good, considering that it is a nonprofit publisher. Most employees look forward to going to work and feel that their work is meaningful.
