Monthly pay period was tough

The company does a good job of making sure you are trained for the position. They train you for the most extreme situations, when most of the time you are just observing the crowd and making yourself visible.

For large events, the employees are not compensated for the time it takes to sign out and when it takes 15-20 minutes to do so, it gets kind of annoying.
