Hours are bonkers - Assistant Crowe Global Employee Review

The working hours are frankly bonkers, never worked hours like it, the non confrontational, non verbal push to do it was unreal. The situations I saw people put themselves into was scary. No one really steps back and goes, oh wow that’s not right. Diversity and inclusion- was a bit like; there but in name. No training from the off on how to carry out the role and at best it’s patchy.
