      Crowe can still improve on its prestige and brand in the marketplace. As with all large consulting practices, individual groups within the company will have different cultures, work-life balance, etc.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
