Pros
Great people, management actually treats you like an adult! Competitive pay, on par with Big 4 Firms. Firm is going in the right direction under a CEO who seems to understand the direction tax is headed.
Cons
like any public accounting firm, the hours can get a bit long around busy season (though not nearly as bad as some places I have worked). They say they are also a "Technology Firm" but a lot of the tech seems a bit old and buggy, and newly developed tech seems to create more problem than solutions.
