Pros
This is a great place to work and learn from people coming from different domain They are supportive and listens to employees, Pay is okay as per industry standard but should review what should be the pay for a person who has rich skills and experience and adjust accordingly during full year review/promotions. Structure is mostly flat when you interact even with CEO/Partners/Directors of US. They like to hear from you more and loves the culture of India.
Cons
Very low rewards and recognition Lack of one firm one language, the working styles falls apart based on what's followed in US and in India (HYD). This is something not found within US people and the team where I operate they are extremely supportive and respects what we do.
