Pros
- The team is incredibly collaborative and supportive of each other and clients. - There's diversity in the client roster, so each day is different. The clients are all kind and really pushing their industry forward, making work exciting. - Lot of opportunity to shape the growing company with what you see next. - Very open lines of communication and receptiveness to feedback (both ways).
Cons
- There is not a ton of work/life balance, but thus is the nature of PR. - Working on it, but employee diversity is a challenge (again this may be industry-wide).
