      Pros

      I worked directly for Isaac Chera. Ive not ever had a kinder, more considerate employer, ever. Great guy with an amazing work ethnic. The company is family owned and tight-knit. Stanley Chera, the founder, is funny, smart, and an all-around good guy. Great work-life balance at Crown.

      Cons

      I think the company could be more inclusive in re the staff, but, as its a family company, it is what it is. I never felt excluded but I would have love to have been more "included."

      Pros

      Comfortable work-life balance (no one in office after 6), lots of autonomy as employee.

      Cons

      Below market salary with no bonus, no room or opportunity to grow, no access offered if not part of family/principals, no employee socialization.
