Pay need to be higher for the experience

I was employed for almost 3 months.,I never called in, always early, never missed and I did my job...everyone in my area was happy to have me there but I was fired because I didn't fit in...company's don't want good workers anymore.

I really didn't have a downside except for the supervisor that has no life experience or leadership skills.
