Pros
Company does try to listen to employees and adjust. Decent benefits. They always try to promote from within. Great place for a new manager to get management experience.
Cons
Very low pay scale. By trying to keep payroll low, stores are always understaffed. The entire company is actually understaffed which leads to a lot of frustration from the employees standpoint. Outdated equipment that also makes doing your job difficult.
