Pros

The location I worked at did offer schedule flexibility. The commission was not bad compared to other wireless retailers.

Cons

The goals were unrealistic considering how slow the location was. Terrible management and regional management, really creepy and rude. Their training was bad and only give you two time changes per two weeks meaning if you make a mistake clocking in or out you will be in trouble or terminated after those two attempts.

My immediate boss is amazing.

Cons

Terrible pay since they cut manager bonuses down to hardly anything. They change it up monthly so it’s more difficult to get any money if you operate a slower store. They will not fund events but expect you to come up with quarterly events. So to avoid disciplinary action that means it comes out of your own pocket or is a terrible event to even attempt to put on with no materials or help. No increased pay for having to travel to cover other stores. You’re always replaceable and they don’t care about your health issues. If you have no staff forget about taking maternity leave. I can keep going on and on. Terrible company now. Wasn’t like this 5 years ago!
